-Shikai and Bankai training: A shikai and bankai shall be of your choice. However, these rules apply:

>Only LV 50-100 level members earn a shikai. When you think you are ready, ask, and you shall apply, by asking of your zanpakutou abilities. If I think they are fair, I shall add it.
>Only LV 100 level and higher members can earn bankai. The same guidelines apply as shikai. You can apply by describing a similar but stronger zanpakutou ability.

Shikai/Bankai Training
To learn Shikai, you must achieve a LV 50-100. You will also need to wait 24 hours until your training is done becasue this is a hard task. If so, and you want to learn, fill the below app:

To master bankai, you must achieve a LV 100 or higher. You will also need to wait 3 days until your training is done becasue this is a hard task. Fill the app if able to:

NOTE: Shikai and Bankai must be related to each other or else.
