2. no godmodding

3. one Rp can only be ran per-member(you can pm me if you want to make another. This will only be allowed if I think the RP will sucseed)

4. hosts must post rules if they wish to put in extras such as "all apps sent via pm."

5. no signup threads

6. you MUST have permision to controll another members person

7. If the RP is not acctive for 1 week or more will be locked
